First Day

In the past 24 hours, we:

Departed Boston by plane,

Missed a night of sleep and had a layover in Dublin,

Flew to Geneva, Switzerland and exchanged money near Gare de Genève,

Took a train to Vallorbe, Switzerland,

Walked 6 miles on the pilgrim trails to Les Hôpitaux-Neufs, France,

And, finally, walked another 2-3 miles round trip to Jougne, France to get dinner. Those double cheeseburgers and fresh fries at the local burger and kebab joint were delightful after a long journey.

We are exhausted and ready to settle into our AirBnB beds for a long sleep.
